Choosing support for an entrepreneurial project starts with identifying what you are building, what you need to resolve and which conversation could help you move forward. A community becomes more useful when members bring specific situations into the shared work.

In D365-IRL Day 392, YANI led the follow-up on 2027 registrations. The conversation connected registration with group organization: understanding participant profiles and numbers helps define spaces where business decisions can be worked through.

Some conversations need a different setting

The description distinguishes open sessions from private groups. Sales, money, customers, obstacles and priorities may require a more focused conversation than a public broadcast.

R1, R2 and R3 were presented as a structure that could remain in place or be reorganized depending on enrollment. This note does not promise a specific group, final group size or confidentiality terms not established by the source. Current configuration and benefits should be checked in the live offer.

Registration helps prepare the work

The October 31 cutoff discussed in the session concerned group organization for that cycle. It is retained here as part of the historical record, not as an ongoing sales deadline.

The sequence discussed was to register participants, organize groups and move into welcome sessions, mapping and preparation. This gives registration a practical purpose: beginning a conversation about the project before the formal cycle starts.

As editorial preparation for that conversation, gather four answers:

  1. What you offer and whom you expect to help.
  2. What you have tested and which response you received.
  3. Which decision or obstacle you need to work on.
  4. How much time and capacity you can commit to moving forward.

You do not need a finished story. You need enough context to give the support process a starting point.

A network also helps people discover offers

During the session, Katia shared that she works with her sister in an organic products business. An invitation to present their products and purchasing information within the community illustrated another possibility: discovering what other participants are building and exploring referrals or collaboration.

This documents an opportunity for interaction, not a sales guarantee. A clear offer, purchasing terms and delivery capacity remain each business's responsibility.

Questions this note addresses

What should I prepare before requesting support? A description of your project, available evidence, the decision you need to resolve and your capacity to work on it.

Does joining the community guarantee sales or investment? No. It can open conversations and opportunities; results depend on the offer, execution and each project's circumstances.

Continue with knowing your customer to build traction.
