Legal, editorial and intellectual property statement

This statement applies to Field Notes, publications, editorial materials and digital assets published by D31™ through its official channels.

Authorship and reservation of rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, published texts, theses, editorial selection and arrangement, original graphics, original photographs, methodologies and materials are the work of D31™ and/or the relevant rights-holding entity within the D31™ ecosystem.

Distinctive signs and intellectual assets

D31™ and the names, expressions, frameworks, methodologies and distinctive signs identified with ™ are intellectual and distinctive assets claimed and managed within the D31 ecosystem. The use of ™ expresses a claim to a trademark or distinctive sign in use and does not, by itself, imply a granted registration. The ® symbol will be used only where an applicable and verifiable registration exists.

Accidentally omitting ™ from a mention does not waive rights or authorize use.

Third-party brands and materials

Third-party brands, trade names, platforms, events, works, presentations, logos, trade dress and other elements belong to their respective owners. Their mention or incidental appearance serves editorial, informational, historical, critical, comparative or contextual identification purposes.

No reference implies affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, certification, endorsement, commercial association or prior review by the third parties mentioned, unless expressly stated and substantiated.

Photographs taken at events

Original photographs published in Field Notes were taken by their author in spaces they were authorized to access. Authorship of a photograph does not imply ownership of brands, screens, presentations, works, designs, trade dress or any other third-party element visible in it.

Images are published to document facts, context and field observations. Commercial reuse or isolated extraction of third-party elements is not authorized. A rights holder who believes material requires additional attribution, correction or removal may request a review through D31™'s official channels.

Confidentiality and field cases

Confidentiality is an editorial and professional principle. Field cases, conversations, indicators and experiences are anonymized, aggregated or generalized when necessary to prevent identification of clients, suppliers, collaborators or nonpublic projects.

Publishing a pattern, learning or hypothesis does not disclose confidential information, accept liability for a third party or confirm a commercial relationship. Readers' inferences do not amount to identification by the author.

Nature of Field Notes

Field Notes are observations, interpretations and analysis in progress. Where editorially possible, they distinguish documented facts, field observations, hypotheses and forward-looking ideas.

Opinions belong exclusively to the author. Projections, scenarios and claims about future events are hypotheses subject to uncertainty; they do not constitute promises, guarantees or statements of accomplished fact.

The content does not constitute legal, financial, securities, tax, employment, technology, investment or contracting advice. Each organization must conduct its own assessment and consult accredited specialists before making decisions.

Sources, corrections and evidence collection

Public sources are linked when available. The author's evidence not yet published is identified with the following notice:

The collection may be expanded, corrected or updated as links, documents, photographs, records, publications and other verifiable support are added. A source update or editorial clarification does not necessarily change the original thesis or its publication date.

Correction requests must identify the publication, the specific passage and the evidence supporting the change. D31™ may record material changes through a date or version history.

Permitted use and licensing

Linking to publications and making brief quotations with clear attribution, a link to the original source and respect for the work's integrity and context is permitted within the limits of applicable law.

Without prior written permission, reproduction, adaptation, translation, republication, commercialization, sublicensing, substantial distribution, removal of authorship notices, false attribution, systematic extraction or incorporation of substantial portions into databases, products, corpora or model-training processes is not permitted.

This reservation does not limit exceptions, quotation rights or other uses expressly recognized by applicable law. For editorial, academic, technology or commercial licenses, use the official channels published at d31.mx.

Requests concerning attribution, licensing, correction, privacy or intellectual property must be sent through the official channels at d31.mx, with enough information to assess the request.
